Service Description

Looking for a powerful jumpstart to your dog’s training journey? Our 3-Week Bark Board & Train program offers immersive training tailored to your dog’s specific needs—all while they stay with our professional trainer in a home-like environment. This program is designed for dogs who need focused attention on obedience, manners, and behavioral improvement, without needing to attend daily sessions. Your dog will learn: • Basic obedience: Sit, Down, Place, Recall, and leash walking • Crate training and calm settling behavior • Engagement and focus with their handler • Real-world reliability—learning to respond in different environments and distractions • Exposure to various settings, people, and sounds for better social adaptability Unlike daycare or casual boarding, this is a structured training stay with daily sessions, rest periods, and tailored behavioral work designed to help your dog succeed outside the training setting too. 📚 Owner Involvement: We believe in preparing you just as much as your dog. You’ll receive two 1-hour private lessons during the program to equip you with the knowledge and tools to maintain your dog’s progress at home. You’ll also receive a 1-hour in-home follow-up session to reinforce success in your environment. We use a balanced training approach with humane tools such as prong or e-collars (based on your dog’s needs), ensuring clear communication and lasting change—not punishment. Note: This program is not suitable for dogs with severe aggression, intense resource guarding, or extreme fear. An additional training week can be added for $1,000 if needed.


Cancellation Policy

Payment Terms Payment is due in full upon completion of each service session unless a payment plan is agreed upon in advance. A deposit of $50 may be required to secure bookings for packages or multiple sessions. Clients opting for a payment plan will incur a $50 non-refundable Payment Plan Fee, added to the total cost. Payment Plan Agreement If a payment plan is selected, the total cost, including the $50 Payment Plan Fee, will be divided into weekly installments based on the program duration. Payments are due at the beginning of each week of the program. Missed or Late Payments: Payments not received by the due date will incur a late fee of $20. Services may be suspended until overdue payments are received. If a payment is more than 5 days late, the remaining balance will be due immediately. The Payment Plan Fee is non-refundable. Clients are required to keep a valid payment method on file for the duration of the program. Cancellation Policy Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may result in forfeiture of the deposit or installment payments already made. The service provider reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather or emergencies, and will notify clients promptly in such cases. Refunds Refunds will be issued in accordance with the cancellation policy. No refunds will be provided for services rendered or partially completed. Late Arrival Clients are responsible for arriving promptly for scheduled appointments. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session with no reduction in fees. Service Terms Specific terms and conditions for each service (e.g., walking, sitting, training) will be discussed and agreed upon prior to the commencement of services. Agreement By making payment or booking a service, clients confirm that they have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.
