Service Description
No matter where you are, you can still get expert help for your pup through our Virtual Bark Coach sessions! Perfect for dog owners who live far away or prefer the convenience of online support, this service gives you direct access to our professional trainer through a live video consultation. Each session is one hour long and fully personalized to your dog’s needs. Whether you're dealing with obedience issues, house manners, leash pulling, or behavioral challenges like reactivity or anxiety, we’ll help guide you through practical, realistic steps you can start using right away. This is not a generic training video—it’s one-on-one coaching that focuses on your specific situation. You’ll receive clear, actionable advice, plus support on how to implement changes in your everyday environment. We may work on multiple issues in one session depending on your goals. Ideal for dog owners who: • Are outside of our service area • Prefer flexible, remote sessions • Need professional advice but want to do the work themselves • Want to stay consistent in their training while traveling We conduct sessions through Google Meet or Zoom and can cover multiple topics within the hour. It’s perfect for minor behavioral concerns, new puppy guidance, or as a follow-up after in-person training. Note: This is a coaching-based service and does not include hands-on training. A stable internet connection is required. Can’t make it in person? No problem! Our Virtual Paw Coach sessions offer personalized dog training via video calls. Whether you need help with obedience, behavior issues, or training tips, we provide expert guidance tailored to your needs. Cancellation Policy
Payment Terms Payment is due in full upon completion of each service session unless a payment plan is agreed upon in advance. A deposit of $50 may be required to secure bookings for packages or multiple sessions. Clients opting for a payment plan will incur a $50 non-refundable Payment Plan Fee, added to the total cost. Payment Plan Agreement If a payment plan is selected, the total cost, including the $50 Payment Plan Fee, will be divided into weekly installments based on the program duration. Payments are due at the beginning of each week of the program. Missed or Late Payments: Payments not received by the due date will incur a late fee of $20. Services may be suspended until overdue payments are received. If a payment is more than 5 days late, the remaining balance will be due immediately. The Payment Plan Fee is non-refundable. Clients are required to keep a valid payment method on file for the duration of the program. Cancellation Policy Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may result in forfeiture of the deposit or installment payments already made. The service provider reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather or emergencies, and will notify clients promptly in such cases. Refunds Refunds will be issued in accordance with the cancellation policy. No refunds will be provided for services rendered or partially completed. Late Arrival Clients are responsible for arriving promptly for scheduled appointments. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session with no reduction in fees. Service Terms Specific terms and conditions for each service (e.g., walking, sitting, training) will be discussed and agreed upon prior to the commencement of services. Agreement By making payment or booking a service, clients confirm that they have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.
